Battery level requirements:
- minimum of 40% (not charging)
- minimum of 20% (while charging)
- A system update won't be received while roaming.
- From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.

Navigate: Settings
> System updates. - Tap Check for new system update.
- If prompted, tap OK.

If an update is available, tap Download.
If presented with "Your RED H1A1000 is up to date", tap OK. - Tap Install Now.
Alert
- An active Verizon Wireless 4G LTE SIM card is necessary to complete the update.
- A system update can also be done over a Wi-Fi network.
- If prompted to update the device, skip to step 5.
